Desktop Support Engineer_Immediate Joiners(Mumbai)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
• Strong experience with Active Directory (AD) user accounts, password resets, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) and related applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, including profiles, email setup, and connectivity issues.
• Good knowledge of OST/PST files, including backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with ticketing tools and following ITSM processes.
• Handle and prioritize tickets based on SLA and business impact.
• Provide support to multiple users and troubleshoot issues remotely/on-site.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
