1. Supported user base of at least 100+ end users
2. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
3.Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting at desktop level
4. Knowledge of installing the Microsoft security patches, Antivirus Patches etc.
5. Provide installation, configuration, and supportof desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
6. Perform routine updates of desktop hardware and software
