Desktop Support Engineer Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers) to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, etc.).
  
• Assist in network connectivity and system performance checks.
  
• Maintain system updates, antivirus, and security patches.
  
• Log issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
  
• Coordinate with senior IT teams for escalated issues.
  

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  
• Understanding of Windows OS & networking concepts.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL process or ticketing tools.
