Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installation and configuration of devices, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Handle operating system installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot printer-related issues and ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide basic network support, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user technical issues within defined timelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and hardware replacement when required.
• Maintain IT assets and update support tickets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
• Diploma, BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), B.Tech, or any Graduate with relevant IT experience.
• Knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Support.
• Experience in Printer Installation & Troubleshooting.
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting skills.
• Operating System Installation & Configuration (Windows).
• Basic Networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Configuration).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer support and end-user handling experience.
