Immediate joiners

- Manage and handle day by day issues with End users,

- Operating System & Software patching, hardware troubleshooting,

- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues for end-users.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery planning for on-premises infrastructure.
- Support hardware, software, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Implement access controls and security policies in alignment with IT best practices.

- Configuration & management of service desk tools like Manage Engine SDP & Endpoint Central, Zendesk, Jira, etc.

- Knowledge to Manage issues with physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux).

- knowledge to Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Office 365 & Google Suite.
- Ensure system security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring and patch management.
- Good knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.

- Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Certifications (Preferred if any)

Microsoft, CISCO etc if any (Windows Server, Azure, Administration or any, CompTIA A+ or Network+)
