We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop and laptop users, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new desktops and laptops.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
