We are seeking a skilled Desktop & Network Engineer (L2) to manage and support end-user computing, network infrastructure, and IT systems. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in desktop support, networking, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access management.
• Monitor system performance, perform updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure IT security compliance, patch management, and endpoint protection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide technical support to employees. & responsibilities
