Desktop L2 Support

Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop L2 Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of desktop systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for desktop-related issues and requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and printer setup.
• Document and track issues using the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with L1 support and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Train users on new applications and technologies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
