We are looking for a skilled Desktop/GUI Application Developer with strong experience in C#, C++, and modern UI frameworks. The ideal candidate will work on building and maintaining high-performance desktop applications with clean architecture and intuitive user interfaces.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in C# and C++.
• Experience with WinForms, WPF, Qt, or similar GUI frameworks.
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and multithreading.
• Strong skills in file format parsing and data processing
• Experience with OpenGL / OpenTK or similar graphics frameworks for 2D/3D visualization
• Experience with Windows and Linux platforms including cross-platform IPC, socket communication and process automation
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
   

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop desktop/GUI applications using C#, C++, and relevant frameworks.
• Develop, maintain and enhance offline simulation and logging tools for data replay, analysis, and validation 
• Develop cross-platform communication modules — TCP/UDP data acquisition, IPC between Windows and Linux systems
• Implement UI components, workflows, and application logic.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RADAR algorithm teams, system engineers, and validation).

Responsibility

Develop, maintain, and enhance offline simulation and logging tools for data replay, analysis, and validation

Implement high-performance file readers for large automotive log files

Design and implement data extraction for offline analysis by algorithm teams

Develop cross-platform communication modules — TCP/UDP data acquisition, IPC between Windows and Linux systems

Perform software design, implementation, testing, and debugging while following coding standards and ensuring maintainable, modular architecture

Utilize AI Copilot tools (GitHub Copilot, Engineering AI Assistants) to accelerate development and maintain code quality

Collaborate with RADAR algorithm teams, system engineers, and validation teams to understand data requirements and deliver tool features aligned with project milestones

Support deployment and release management — installers, versioning, user documentation, and defect resolution
