Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems and updating software applications.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform basic network configuration.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
