Desktop Engineer or IT Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, WiFi devices, LAN networks, and MS Outlook.
  
• Perform onsite visits for system installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems using remote support tools.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support role.
  
• Sound knowledge of installation and configuration of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  
• Proficiency in configuring MS Outlook email clients.
  
• Experience with Desktop ,Operating system ,Printer troubleshooting; ability to work with various brands' products.Ability to troubleshoot basic LAN problems related to TCPIP,Network Cable problem between Network Switch and End user desk,Wifi troubleshooting and installation
