• Role Name : IT Asset Coordinator
  
  
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Assisting in the preparation and updating Assets.
• Experience in asset allocation and DE allocation process.
• Assist in the preparation of various periodic reports including strategic plans, asset management reports.
• Provide decision-making support to the management team regarding ongoing performance of the Assets.
• Accountable for client requests and insure timely responses.
• Assists the team during the acquisition and disposition of assets by serving to all parties involved in the process to coordinate smooth flow of files and information
• Prepare Monthly weekly reports.
• Should be having strong expertise in Excel reports
  
  
• Skill Set:
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure.
• Clear understanding of the Asset Management lifecycle and stock management.
• Proficient in the allocation and de-allocation of IT assets.
• Experience with IMAC processes and IT asset management tools.
• Knowledgeable in IT asset code creation.
• Highly familiar with IT asset dispatching, tracking, and inventory management.
• Skilled in vendor coordination.
• Proficient in MIS and reporting.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
