Designer

We are seeking

Junior UI/UX Designers to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated user interfaces, user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and visual layouts. You will review usability, accessibility, visual consistency, and interaction design while providing expert feedback to improve the quality, creativity, and usability of AI-generated digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated UI designs, UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Assess visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, spacing, and overall design consistency.
• Identify usability issues, accessibility concerns, interaction problems, and user experience gaps.
• Validate user-centered design principles, responsive design standards, and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Provide detailed feedback on layout improvements, design consistency, and user interaction patterns.
• Review design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
• Evaluate mobile-first and responsive web designs across different screen sizes.
• Review user journeys, navigation flows, and information architecture.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices are followed.
• Contribute to improving AI capabilities in UI/UX design, product design, and user experience optimization.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing interfaces and prototypes.
• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Familiarity with responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Ability to analyze interfaces and identify design improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or web applications.
• Understanding of UX research methods, user personas, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with interaction design, micro-interactions, and animation principles.
• Knowledge of Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Experience collaborating with developers using design handoff tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity design.
