Role Description The Sales Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with channel partners, and supporting existing customers to drive sales growth. The Sales Partner will visit retail and wholesale clients, present product offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and track orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and market feedback.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Channel Partners skills to develop business, manage partner relationships, and expand market reach.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain client accounts, follow up on orders, and support long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of textiles, hosiery, or apparel products is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
• Basic proficiency in using phone, email, and digital tools for sales communication and reporting.
• Previous experience in field sales, distribution, or partner management is an advantage.
