Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer – Furniture & Interiors with 2–4 years of experience in interior design, furniture layouts, and turnkey interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of space planning, 3D visualization, technical drawings, BOQ preparation, and site measurements.

The candidate will work closely with the estimation and operations teams to develop functional design solutions and ensure smooth coordination between design planning and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop furniture layouts, interior design concepts, and space plans based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D drawings, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations for interior and furniture design projects.
• Conduct site measurements and assess site conditions to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with the estimation team for quantity calculations and costing.
• Coordinate with the operations and execution teams to ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
• Select appropriate furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and design elements based on project requirements.
• Revise drawings and design layouts based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed within project timelines.
• Maintain coordination among design, estimation, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design, furniture design, or turnkey interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of 2D technical drawings, furniture layouts, and 3D visualization.
• Understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material specifications.
• Practical knowledge of site measurements and interior fit-out execution.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design requirements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in commercial, residential, or turnkey interior fit-out projects.
• Exposure to furniture design, modular furniture, and material selection.
• Experience coordinating with estimation and site execution teams.
