Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models of machinery and components.
• Handle regular machine design, modifications, and customized customer requirements.
• Work on new machine development, prototypes, and R&D projects.
• Improve existing machines for better efficiency, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Prepare BOMs, assembly drawings, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Electrical, Sales, and R&D teams.
• Participate in machine trials, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
• Ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD & SolidEdge.
• Strong understanding of machine design and mechanical components.
• Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, shafts, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.
• Good problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Practical knowledge of machinery manufacturing will be an advantage.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Industry Preference: Machinery / Agro-Processing / Food Processing / Packaging / Industrial Equipment.
