A fast-scaling creative and performance-driven marketing agency operating across India, we craft brand-led campaigns that blend storytelling, data, and digital execution to drive measurable growth for D2C, SaaS, and B2B brands. We're looking for a hands-on Designer Lead who thrives in high-velocity environments, leads creative vision, and elevates visual storytelling across digital and social platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative execution for client campaigns—from concept to final delivery—across social, digital ads, and landing pages.
- Own the visual identity and brand consistency for key accounts, ensuring alignment with strategy and performance KPIs.
- Mentor and manage a team of 3–5 junior designers, ensuring quality, deadlines, and creative growth.
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategy, and Performance teams to translate insights into compelling, conversion-optimized visuals.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, and internal creative assets to showcase campaign impact and direction.
- Stay ahead of design trends, platform-specific formats (Reels, carousels, Stories), and emerging creative tech tools.
