Designer, Associate

Professional design experience producing marketing or product-related assets from brief to final delivery, preferably in a fast-paced or production-focused environment.

Hands-on experience with generative AI or automation tools used in creative workflows, with the ability to prompt, refine, and evaluate outputs effectively.

Strong execution and project management skills, including file organization, version control, and adherence to timelines.

Proven ability to collaborate remotely, communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across time zones.

Produce end-to-end creative assets using existing brand guidelines and templates, including social cards, blog graphics, digital ads, signage (small and large format), and resized/adapted assets for multiple platforms.

Leverage and direct AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative image, layout, or copy tools) to accelerate production while applying human judgment to ensure quality, relevance, and brand alignment.

Deliver work reliably in a remote environment, managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and formats while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain brand consistency and quality standards, ensuring all outputs align with established visual identity, tone, and accessibility requirements.

Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, applying revisions efficiently and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement or optimization.
