Design Testability Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex digital circuits using ATPG, MBIST, Scan Insertion techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SoCs (Systems on Chip).
• Analyze results from boundary scan testing to identify defects in the design.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in Design Testability Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in ATPG, Boundary Scan, Designd Testability Engineer tools such as MBIST.
• Experience working on complex digital designs at the chip level.
