Role Summary:
Lead service design projects from scoping to delivery, working independently to solve challenges and drive strategic outcomes. Collaborate across functions to influence stakeholders and deliver end-to-end user experience solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and analysis
- Create ecosystem and capability maps for existing tool portfolios
- Perform heuristic evaluations of digital tools
- Set up and execute customer and user research to identify needs and pain points
- Develop user journeys, flows, and map opportunity areas
- Write use cases, scenarios, and define product features
- Define service blueprints, key service moments, and service architecture
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder co-creation sessions and workshops
- Create experience prototypes and support UX design using Figma
- Communicate visually and through storytelling to align teams
- Collaborate with other designers to translate concepts into tangible solutions
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in service or UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Miro, Figma, Azure DevOps (for project planning), Microsoft Office Apps, and Confluence
- Experience conducting user research, journey mapping, and creating service blueprints
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in medical domain UI/UX
- Ability to work in complex cross-functional environments
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Design Management, or Innovation Design (B.Des/M.Des candidates only)
