Job Description: Design Engineer Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Project: Commercial Buildings/Resident Project
Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Interview Drive: Saturday Face-to-Face (F2F) in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare plumbing and fire-fighting design drawings and layouts for commercial building projects.
• Design water supply, drainage, sewage, and rainwater systems.
• Prepare fire-fighting layouts for hydrant, sprinkler, and hose reel systems.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare detailed design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with HVAC and Electrical teams for MEP design integration.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and technical documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering only.
• Experience: Relevant experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design for commercial building projects.
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD, plumbing design, fire-fighting systems, hydraulic calculations, and MEP coordination.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in commercial building projects.
