About this role
Prerequisites
- Graduates from science, commerce, interior designing, or engineering backgrounds are desired. An MBA in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Prior experience in direct/B2C sales, selling home interiors, real estate, or premium products involving direct sales.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience after graduation, or 3 years for MBAs.
- You must be in the age bracket of 25 to 35 years.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and mathematics for floor plans and estimates.
- Fluent in English and one regional language, preferably Marathi/Hindi.
- Ready to work on weekends.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective leads received online or otherwise.
- Understand client requirements and invite clients to experience centres.
- Meet clients and deliver sales presentations.
- Issue estimates and follow up for sales closure.
- Work on CRM software and update lead status on time.
- Generate referrals from clients.
