ELV / ICT & Security Systems Design Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ELV & ICT Design Engineer to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for designing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ICT infrastructure, and security solutions for complex projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, familiarity with international standards, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Engineering:
• Develop concept, schematic, detailed, and IFC designs for ELV & ICT systems, including but not limited to:
• Structured Cabling (OSP/ISP), campus backbone, fiber/ copper (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC).
• Data Networks: LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, SD Access, network security zoning, rack layouts.
• Telecom: IP telephony, PABX/SIP, operator interfaces
• Electronic Security: CCTV (VMS/analytics), Access Control, physical security equipment (boom barrios, X-Ray Baggage Scanners, DFMD, HHMD, Flap/Swing Barriers, rising bollards), Intrusion detection systems, etc.
• Life Safety: Fire alarm & detection system, Emergency Telephone, Aspirating Smoke Detection System, Public Address System.
• Building Systems: BMS/SCADA systems and integration, EMS, Parking Management System, ANPR, Intercom.
• Audio & Video Systems: Video Conferencing (VC) platforms and codecs, Digital Signage and Information Display Systems, Large Format Displays, LED walls, and projection systems, Audio DSP, microphones, speakers, speakers, amplifiers, and acoustic considerations.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, BIS, IEEE, TIA/EIA, NBC and local codes.
• Develop network architecture diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications
• Integrate security systems with building automation and ICT platforms.
• Coordination & Documentation:
• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and technology vendors for seamless integration.
• Review shop drawings, data sheets and other technical documents and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Prepare schematics, layouts, design basis report, bill of quantities (BoQ) and technical specifications, technical reports, and design presentations using AutoCAD/Revit and relevant design tools.
• Support value engineering exercises to optimize cost and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or post-graduation from reputed college or university.
• 510 years of experience in ELV, ICT, and security system design for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.
• Strong understanding of NFPA, IEEE, TIA/EIA, NBC and local regulations and codes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, coordination and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large-scale projects such as Residential, Commercial, Hospitality Airports, Hospitals, Data Centers, or Industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows
• Sustainable/green building management practices.

PHE & Fire Fighting Design Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced PHE & Fire Fighting Design Engineer to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for designing water supply, drainage, and rainwater systems along with knowledge of water treatment plants and Fire protection systems for large-scale projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, compliance with Indian and international standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and technically efficient designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Prepare concept, detailed design and Good for construction stage design deliverables for water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater systems, centralized hot water system and fire protection systems.
• Perform water supply demand calculations, water supply & drainage pipe sizing, rainwater/storm water piping/drain sizing, selection of fire system based on type of project, code and local requirements, fire protection hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and pipe network design using relevant software like pipe net. Preparation of fire & life safety report.
• Design of sprinkler systems, internal & external hydrant networks, fire pumps, and other suppression systems like water mist, Preaction, gas-based system.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, IS codes, and local regulations.
• Integrate fire protection and PHE systems with other building services.
• Coordination & Documentation:
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines for integrated design solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, Design basis reports, technical specifications, tender drawings, tender packages and good for construction drawings.
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Quality & Standards:
• Validate designs through simulations and performance analysis.
• Support value engineering exercises to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 05–10 years of experience in PHE and Fire Fighting design for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, industrial, or large infrastructure projects like airports.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation software.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, NBC, IS codes, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large-scale projects such as airports, hospitals, Data Centers, or industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable/green building management practices.
