Design Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AGM Design to lead our interior design function, oversee end-to-end residential interior projects, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within defined budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design team and establish design standards and processes.
• Oversee projects from concept development and space planning to execution and handover.
• Manage client requirements, design proposals, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material selection.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor designers, monitor team performance, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in residential interior design and project execution.
• Proven experience in team leadership and end-to-end project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, FF&E, materials, finishes, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru interiors market and local vendors.
