Design Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Lead a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective collaboration and creative output.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the design process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience as a Design Manager or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing firm.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
