Design Intern

Raspoorna Foods Pvt. Ltd. is an expanding player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering safe, nutritious, premium-quality food products. We value precision and engineering excellence in everything we do. We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative Design & Drawing Intern to join our development team in Visakhapatnam. You will help turn concept sketches into production-ready layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings, structural components, and product layouts
• Help develop precise dielines for flexible pouches, cartons, and boxes, ensuring accurate machine alignment during production
• Maintain and organise the master database of design specification files for product SKUs
• Work with R&D, Production, and Packaging teams to update designs based on machine constraints and manufacturing feedback
• Check dimensions and tolerances carefully before designs are released to the manufacturing line
• Maintain version control and revision records for drawings and artwork files

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Des, BA / B.Sc in Design, B.Tech/B.E., or a Diploma in Technical Drafting / Mechanical / Packaging
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or packaging software such as ArtiosCAD and CorelDRAW
• Basic understanding of scaling, dimensions, geometric tolerances, and material behaviour
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to dimensional accuracy
• Good communication and willingness to work with plant and production teams
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam preferred
