* Understands AI-powered content creation

* Knows how to create, not just edit

* Can work in a fast-moving creative environment

* Loves challenges, ownership, and experimentation

* Thinks beyond transitions and effects

* Wants to grow with a strong creative team

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

* After Effects — Expert

* Premiere Pro — Expert

* Basic Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma
