We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Design Executive to join our team. The role will involve creating engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, sales collaterals, and other digital platforms.

Job Description

As a Design Executive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content that communicates our brand effectively across different platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, sales collaterals, and digital platforms.
• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing collaterals.
• Translate creative briefs and business requirements into impactful visual designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and product explainer videos.
• Edit videos using appropriate transitions, captions, animations, music, and branding elements.
• Adapt creatives and videos for different digital platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
• Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, and visual content trends.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good knowledge of Canva and experience creating marketing and social media creatives.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.

Mandatory Portfolio Requirement

• Portfolio is mandatory for this position.
• Candidates must share their design portfolio along with their application.
• Portfolio should showcase relevant work such as social media creatives, marketing campaigns, branding, presentations, banners, videos/Reels, or other digital designs.
• Portfolio can be shared through Behance, Dribbble, personal website, Google Drive, or PDF.
• Applications without a portfolio may not be considered for the assessment stage.
