Position: Intern Design Engineer

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: Fresher

Mandatory Skills: Certification in Solid works & Auto Cad or internship in solidworks

Job Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Industry: Manufacutring of Injection moulding & Plastic Manufacutring

Joining: Immediately

Internship : 1 yr

Stiphend: 17000 p.m.+ Accomodation

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Assist senior design engineers in product development and design modifications.
• Modify existing designs based on engineering requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and design documentation.
• Understand manufacturing processes and design components considering manufacturability.
• Assist in design calculations and basic engineering analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Purchase teams whenever required.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy before release.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions and design changes.
• Learn and follow company standards, design procedures and safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
• Understanding of engineering drawing and basic GD&T concepts.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new design tools and technologies.
