Job description
Manav Energy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate engineers in Power Systems to join our dynamic team. As a part of our engineering department, you will be working closely with senior engineers and technical leads to assist in projects related to electrical power systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the power systems domain, with exposure to cutting-edge technologies in energy management, power quality, and electrical safety solutions.
- Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of power systems, including transmission, distribution, and protection systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of power system projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform load flow, short-circuit, and stability analysis for various power system networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution, documentation, and client interactions.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, project reports, and test plans.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to electrical systems and components.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in power systems technology and industry standards.
- MTech in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from a recognized university.
- Strong academic background in power systems, electrical machines, protection systems, and renewable energy sources.
- Familiarity with power system simulation tools such as ETAP, MATLAB, PSCAD, or similar software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in electrical power systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Exposure to industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, and IS.
- Internships or academic projects related to power system design, renewable energy integration, or smart grids.
