Design Engineer

• Create 3D models using CATIA V5 Part Design and Generative Shape Design (GSD).
• Develop and modify complex surfaces using Sweep, Multi-Section, Fill, Blend, Trim, and Join.
• Maintain G0, G1, and G2 surface continuity as per design requirements.
• Prepare 2D engineering drawings with dimensions and GD&T.
• Perform CAD model validation, gap checks, and assembly interference checks.
• Ensure design feasibility according to manufacturing requirements.
• Implement engineering changes and maintain CAD data revisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and meet project deadlines.
