Roles and Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Design and develop 3D models of components and their dies, punches, and fixtures.
- Create assembly designs and BOM for the designated product using Solid Works/NX Software.
- Perform component-level reverse engineering to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company design guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Solid Works/NX Software with at least 2 years of experience in mechanical designing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and assembly considerations.
- Experience in creating BOM for designated products.
- Knowledge of industry standards and company design guidelines.
