Design Engineer

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Design Engineer with experience in product design and CAD modeling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in UG NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks and be capable of creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings. Exposure to GD&T will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using UG NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks.


• Create and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and engineering change records.


• Support product design and development activities from concept to release.


• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.


• Perform design modifications based on testing, customer feedback, and engineering requirements.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and company processes.


• Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for product improvements.

Technical Requirement

• Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.


• Proficiency in UG NX / CATIA / SolidWorks.


• Expertise in 3D Modeling, Assembly Design, and 2D Drafting.


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.


• Understanding of BOM creation and design documentation.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.

Additional Responsibility

• Exposure to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).


• Knowledge of PLM/PDM tools.


• Basic understanding of product lifecycle management processes.

Educational Requirement

• MTech,Bachelor of Engineering,BE
