Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities -

• Design and develop products made of aluminium and/or steel using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Create and manage detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with production capabilities and project goals.
• Integrate knowledge of production processes and machinery (bending machines, guillotines, milling machines, etc.) into design practices.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the engineering team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sheet metal design, specifically with aluminum and/or steel products.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A mindset oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred / Especially Valued:

• Experience in designing visual advertising elements.
• Familiarity with illuminated product design.
• Previous collaboration with European companies and an understanding of their design and production standards.

Preferred candidate profile -

Male / Female, DME / BE- Mech. / Auto /Production & 5 + years of experience in design on Autodesk Inventor & Auto cad.
