Design Engineer

• Create 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings.
• Develop concepts, layouts, BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and product performance analysis.
• Prepare Statements of Requirement (SOR) for new products and proprietary components.
• Generate DVP&R, validation plans and test procedures.
• Support prototype build, troubleshooting and design reviews.
• Plan and execute laboratory and field trials across different crop and soil conditions.
• Analyze test data and implement design improvements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality and Agronomy teams for product launch.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering and product reliability improvements.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. 5–12 years of experience in agricultural machinery design and development.
