- Wiring Harness 3D Routing & Optimization in CATIA V5
• DMU Preparation, Review & Fitment Drawing Creation
• 2D Harness Drawings using CATIA V5 & CHS
• Selection of Electrical Components (Fuses, Relays, Connectors, Wires, Clamps)
• Circuit Schematic Design & Auto Electrical Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Wiring Harness Design Standards & Manufacturing Process
• PLM Release Management and Engineering Change Processes (DFMEA, ECN, 8D)
• Vehicle Electrical Components and GD&T Understanding
Required Skills-
- CATIA V5 Electrical Module
• CHS (Logic & XC)
• PLM Exposure
• JT Visualization (Preferred)
• Knowledge of DVLO / CVLO / SVLO / SAM / 4D
