Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies for diesel generator solutions across the assigned region
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
• Take complete ownership of leads from generation to final closure
• Drive strong follow-ups, negotiations, and ensure timely deal closures
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and consultants
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable DG solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Maintain accurate sales data and updates in CRM systems

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 48 years of experience in DG sets / power backup / industrial equipment sales
• Proven track record of successful deal closures
• Strong understanding of industrial sales cycle and client handling
