Role Summary:
Lead the design and development of automotive interior trim (CPM/Console plastic parts), manage design teams, and coordinate with clients and manufacturing to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
What Youll Do:
- Lead design and development of CPM/Console (plastic) interior trim parts
- Take ownership of parts and guide design changes at client site and offshore
- Negotiate with styling teams and clients, providing feasibility feedback to OEMs
- Develop fit and finish sections and location concepts
- Support design engineers in part development
- Prepare schedules and technical reports for projects
- Conduct regular design reviews and manage client communication
- Support manufacturing teams in cost targets, process improvements, and issue resolution during vehicle build
- Incorporate design changes based on identified issues
- Manage and direct daily activities of the design team, including recruitment and development
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in design and development of automotive interior trims (CPM/Console plastic parts)
- Hands-on experience with NX
- Experience in negotiation with clients and styling teams
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

BE/B.Tech
