Position: Design & Development Engineer
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive/mechanical components as per customer and business requirements.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing for product development.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product launches.
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and engineering change management.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Design & Development.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software such as CATIA, Creo, NX, or SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, APQP, and product validation processes.
