Job Summary
We are hiring a Design Engineer for HVAC engineering projects. The candidate will support concept design, design validation, fit/form analysis, and creation of parts/assemblies/drawings using Creo.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design support for various HVAC product development projects
- Perform concept design, design validation, fit & form analysis
- Create detailed parts, assemblies, and drawings in Creo 4
- Work on:
- Creo Sheetmetal
- Tubing
- Assembly modeling
- Drafting (2D drawings)
- Release parts in Windchill (PLM/PDM)
- Participate in design reviews and qualification processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Apply manufacturing process knowledge for feasibility & design improvements
Mandatory Skills
- Creo 4 (Sheetmetal, Tubing, Assembly, Drawing)
- Windchill (PDM & PLM)
- Mechanical design principles & best practices
- Concept design, design validation, design review process
- GD&T principles and application
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Problem solving and cross-functional coordination
