Design Engineer

Job Description

• DMU management and integration of automotive systems.
• Expertise in CATIA V5, 3D CAD modeling, 2D drawings, and assemblies.
• Review and validate concepts in the complete vehicle environment.
• Prepare vehicle technical specifications and offer drawings.
• Create and release EBOM in PLM systems.
• Develop vehicle architecture and design considering market requirements, engineering constraints, and platform modularity.
• Drive standardization and modularity while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Participate in benchmarking studies.
• Perform quality assessments including DMU, DFA, DFS, and DFM.
• Manage EBOM release and change control processes.
• Knowledge of CMVR and ITTAC standards.
• Strong communication and presentation preparation skills.
