Design Engineer

Skill Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is preferred; working knowledge of other CAD platforms such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks and Auto CAD is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in Sheet Metal Design and associated engineering practices.
• Sound knowledge of Air Handling Unit (AHU) design and development.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering materials, DIN and ISO standards, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Familiarity with welding standards and sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Hands-on experience in creating manufacturing drawings, developing Bills of Materials (BOM), and applying dimensioning best practices.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Role And Responsibilities:

• Design & detailing of parts and assemblies
• Working on Large Assemblies
• Drawing Checking
• BOM creation
• Handle queries, perform quality checks, and ensure communication.
• Understand and execute projects under Team Leader guidance

Desirable:

• Knowledge of AHU (Air Handling Unit), conveyor systems, and fixture designs
• Exposure to or familiarity with additional CAD software/tools beyond the core platforms
