Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop innovative exterior designs for automobiles using NX software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal components into vehicle bodies.
• Create detailed surface models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Develop plastic parts designs that meet functional requirements while minimizing weight and cost.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BIW (Body-in-White) design or related field.
• Proficiency in NX software for surfacing, modeling, and simulation.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials properties.
• Experience working on automotive projects involving exterior design, surfacing, or both.
