Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CREO, Fixture Design, and Ergonomics. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing fixtures, understanding product and process requirements, and ensuring designs meet ergonomic and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and assembly aids using CREO.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Apply GD&T, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up principles.
• Perform fixture concept development based on manufacturing and assembly requirements.
• Ensure proper ergonomics, operator accessibility, safety, and ease of operation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Support prototype development, validation, and design modifications.
• Review fixture designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and engineering change updates.
