Role & responsibilities
- Perform process feasibility and formability analysis using AutoForm for sheet metal components.
- Optimize draw panels, draw bead geometry, and blank size for improved process performance and material utilization.
- Recommend design changes to enhance manufacturability and process feasibility.
- Resolve manufacturing issues through simulation and process optimization.
- Prepare simulation, feasibility, and technical reports to support project execution.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of CATIA V5 (Surface Modeling)
- Working knowledge of AutoForm.
