Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Piping Design Engineer with a strong background in piping design and engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD software, industry codes, and materials, along with a solid understanding of fabrication techniques and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes (ASME, ANSI, API).
• Create and review 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks.
• Conduct stress analysis and material selection for piping systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure design feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical support for welding and fabrication techniques.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.

Required Qualifications Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Edge, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of industry codes standards (ASME, ANSI, API).
• Experience in material selection stress analysis.
• Understanding of welding and fabrication techniques (preferred).
• Experience: 3-4 years in piping design engineering, preferably in oil gas.
• Communication: Strong skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of safety compliance standards for piping systems.
