Design Engineer- Upscale Bioscience Pvt. Ltd.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
• Design and develop 2D models and detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD
• Design and modify biopharmaceutical process equipment
• Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and project teams to ensure manufacturability and timely project execution.
• Review customer specifications and convert technical requirements into practical design solutions.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection for mechanical components.
• Ensure designs comply with ASME, GMP, FDA, and other applicable industry standards where required.
• Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
• Resolve manufacturing and assembly issues through engineering modifications.
• Maintain engineering documentation and revision control.
