About this role
Requirements & Responsibilities:
* BE in Mechanical Engineering
* 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in machine design or mechanical design
* Prepare manufacturing drawings and develop 2D drawings and 3D models
* Design and modify work-holding fixtures and machines
* Knowledge of Creo or SolidWorks; other CAD software experience is preferred
* Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
* Knowledge of gear manufacturing and fixture design is preferred
* Coordinate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to resolve design issues
Preferred candidate profile
* Knowledge of CAD software, manufacturing drawings and GD&T
* Understanding of machine design and manufacturing processes
* Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and project coordination skills.
Relevant machine design or manufacturing experience is preferred.
