Design Engineer – SPM, Jigs & Fixtures

Design Engineer with 3-4 years of Experience & with strong hands-on experience in

Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Jigs & Fixtures design to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop

SPMs, Jigs, Fixtures and custom machinery .

• Work with SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
• Create

3D models, assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings .

• Understand customer requirements and develop practical design solutions.
• Coordinate with

Production, Assembly and Quality teams for successful project execution.

• Support machine assembly, testing and resolve design-related issues.
• Make design modifications based on project and customer requirements. Requirements :
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in SPM / Machine / Jigs & Fixtures design.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics .
• Strong knowledge of

SPM design and mechanical engineering principles .

• Proficient in

SolidWorks and AutoCAD .

• Good understanding of

machine elements, manufacturing processes and fabrication .

• Ability to independently handle designs from

concept to detailed drawings .

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred : Candidates with proven hands-on experience in

industrial automation, SPMs and tooling design will be given preference. 📍
