We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our R&D Design team. The candidate will support product design, development, testing, and documentation activities related to electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D team in the design and development of electrical products and components.
• Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development and design improvement initiatives.
• Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct basic technical analysis to support product performance, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain design records and support continuous improvement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Good academic background and a strong interest in electrical / Mechanical product design and development.
• Candidates willing to work from the Thane & Sinnar R&D facility.

Required Skills

• Good fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design tools will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
